Wellness nutrition coaching is not a disease specific service. Wellness nutrition coaching is provided by our registered and licensed dietitian and session topics vary by your interests, questions or goals. Appointments may include counseling and education for general healthful nutrition to meet nutrient needs; nutrition choices to support recovery post treatment for alcohol use disorder (AUD) and/or substance use disorder (SUD); nutrition impact on inflammation and chronic pain; intuitive eating counseling; or meeting nutritional needs on a vegetarian or vegan diet. Nutrition coaching offers insight into what you can do to support your health, nutrition intake, and relationship with food.

Wellness nutrition coaching is self-referral and self-pay. Please call 540-536-3050 for more information or to schedule appointment.
