Labor & Delivery at Winchester Medical Center

The birth of your baby is one of the most exciting events in your life. Physicians, midwives and nursing staff work together to provide a comfortable and caring center for you and your new baby.

Giving Birth During COVID-19

Having your baby during a global pandemic is not the birth experience you were hoping for, but we are here for you.

In preparation for your upcoming delivery, please review this Giving Birth During COVID-19 page, which has answers to commonly asked questions and helpful resources.

Winchester Medical Center Labor & Delivery is located on the second floor of the North Tower. We offer ten private birthing suites which enable you to labor, deliver and recover in your own spacious and comfortable room. In addition, each spacious suite includes its own bathroom with a shower that houses bench seating and a removable showerhead, dimming lights, a pull-down sofa that turns into a single bed for support people, television and Wi-Fi. We have a spacious waiting area for family and friends while they anticipate the arrival of your new baby located across from the North Tower visitor elevators.
