Home Health Services
Valley Health in West Virginia & Virginia
There are virtually countless situations in which a patient would rather
be at home than in a hospital facility. Valley Health offers home health
services whenever possible to allow our patients to enjoy the comfort
and familiarity of their residence. Our Virginia and West Virginia hospitals
offer high-quality treatment, education, and support to help our patients
stay at home with confidence and peace of mind.
Our team of healthcare professionals—which includes nurses, physical
therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and more—provide
direct care while coaching caregivers and family members in the best home
healthcare practices. This allows patients to stay home without fear of
missing out on vital care. Our program is designed to work for new mothers
and babies, seniors who need nursing care, and individuals who need rehabilitation
after a serious illness or injury, or those who need continual care after
an extended hospital stay.
