VISITATION SUSPENDED:

For the safety of our patients, visitors, staff and the broader community, Valley Health's six hospitals have suspended visitation. Please click here for printable version.

VISITATION EXCEPTIONS:

The exceptions below do not apply to anyone who lives outside Valley Health’s 18-county service area or has traveled outside that service area in the last 14 days. These individuals may not visit at this time.

  • End-of-Life Care — Compassionate care situations, including end-of-life care, will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the clinical administrator.
  • Approved Care Partners — Designated care partners will be approved on a case-by-case basis by the clinical administrator.
  • Women and Children’s Units (at Winchester Medical Center)
    • Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby – Visitation is limited to one authorized person with the proper ID band who may remain with the patient throughout labor and after delivery (24/7).
    • Pediatrics — Visitation is restricted to one parent/caregiver at a time. This visitor may be on-site 24/7 and should confine themselves to the unit.
    • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) — Visitation is restricted to one parent/caregiver at a time. This visitor may be on-site 24/7 and should confine themselves to the unit.
