Visiting Hours

Hampshire Memorial Hospital

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.
  • For information on a patient’s room number, please call 304-822-4561.

Page Memorial Hospital

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.

Shenandoah Memorial Hospital

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.
  • For information on a patient’s room number, please call 540-459-1100. To call a patients room directly, dial 540-459-0 + room #.

War Memorial Hospital

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.
  • Acute Care/Skilled Unit accepts visitors from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., as long as visits do not interfere with patient care.

Warren Memorial Hospital

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.
  • For information on a patient’s room number, please call 540-636-0300. To call a patient room directly, dial 540-636-0+ room #.
  • Please check with the staff before visiting a patient in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Women's Care Center - Visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Same-Day Surgery - Visiting hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors limited to one person at a time. Visitors must be age 16 and older.

Winchester Medical Center

  • General visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Visitors must be age 12 or older, except for children of the patient. All children must be with an adult.
  • Patients may choose to designate one visitor who stays with the patient during the night from 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.
  • For information on a patient’s room number call 540-536-8155. To call a patient’s room directly dial 540-536-1 + room #.

Specialty Units:

  • Critical Care Unit: Visiting hours for Critical Care Units are 8:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. No more than 2 family members, ages 12 and over, may visit the patient at one time. Other restrictions may apply depending on the patient's condition. When planning a visit please be considerate. Remember that patients need rest.
  • Mother/Baby: General visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Siblings are always welcome, but other children under the age of 12 are not permitted. For the safety and comfort of our patients, only 2 visitors are allowed in the room at one time (significant other, grandparents and siblings are not considered visitors). Grandparents and siblings may visit between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Father of baby or significant other may visit at any time.
  • NICU: Parents or banded support individuals are welcome in the NICU 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Grandparents and all others are welcome from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm. Siblings of at least three years of age are also welcome to visit. Please speak with your baby’s nurse to arrange sibling visits
  • Pediatric Unit: Follow general visiting hours with the exception of parents or guardians who may spend the night with the patient. No children under the age of 12, unless they are siblings of the patient. Siblings may not spend the night.
