About This Location

This practice is now offering telehealth virtual visits for patients. To make either an in-person or virtual appointment, please call our office.

In order to provide our patients with care in the safest manner possible, the following changes will become effective on Monday, March 23, 2020:

  • Clinic hours will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm and every Friday from 8am to 12:00 pm.
  • Chronic patient follow-up visits, well visits, and other routine care for patients will be daily from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  • Sick visits will be held Monday through Friday 1:00 pm to 4:30pm and every Friday from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm.
  • Persons who do not have an appointment, will not be permitted in the waiting room unless they are a caregiver/parent for a person who needs assistance. All other visitors will be asked to return to their vehicles to wait.
  • Any person presenting with cough, cold or respiratory symptoms will be required to wear a mask while in the waiting room and will be moved to a separate area (if available).
  • Clinic staff are calling all scheduled patients the day before their appointment to complete a “travel screen/potential for exposure screen” . If the screen is positive, a nurse will speak with the patient to determine if the patient should be seen in the clinic or would need to be seen in a different environment.
  • All elective and non-essential surgeries have been postponed through the end of April 2020.

Clinic hours of operations will be monitor frequently and may change due patient and clinic needs.
