When I expressed a concern over an issue concerning my home health care colleagues were immediately consulted and summoned to meet with me. I never was pressured to finish up with my concerns quickly so they could move on to the next patient. Every effort was made to explain solutions to my issues in a personable and thorough fashion that that for me as a patient made me feel valued. The care I was provided exceeded my expectations at every level!!
