Amanda is part of the Collaborative Care Team at Valley Health. Collaborative Care means that a patient’s primary care provider and behavioral health care provider work together to address both medical and behavioral health care needs. Addressing patients overall wellness by offering physical and mental health care at one location allows everyone to work together to make sure patients’ needs are addressed.

Amanda is a licensed clinical social worker who provides a variety of mental health services including assessment, treatment, care management, and referrals for additional needs. She completes on-going assessments to identify mental health and/or substance abuse issues our patients may be coping with. Services include screening, brief interventions, specialized counseling, and referrals to additional behavioral health and social support services.
