Matthew T. Toomey, JD, transitioned to vice president, client delivery at Ensemble Health Partners in January 2023. Previously, he joined Valley Health in 2015 as vice president, Patient Financial Services, focused on optimizing technology and creating opportunities for service excellence. Toomey was previously director of Patient Financial Services at Johns Hopkins Health System and a senior consultant with O’Boyle, Inc., in Baltimore, providing healthcare clients with revenue cycle review, project management and accounts collections.

Toomey earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, where he also completed his bachelor’s degree.
