Valley Health Joins Hospitals Against Violence Initiative

Valley Health has been working with fellow hospitals and healthcare organizations, focused on workplace safety amongst an ever-growing disruptive and physically harmful environment. Our caregivers are dedicated to healing patients and should be able to expect to remain safe and unharmed while doing so.

Our Chief Nursing Executive Theresa Trivette participates in the VHHA (Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association) Chief Nursing Officer/Nurse Leader Forum and, in collaboration with other leaders, helped develop the video campaign launched below as part of the annual Hospitals Against Violence Initiative.
