Nicole Naughton is a family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience in the emergency department at Winchester Medical Center and in Arlington, VA.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and subsequently completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Her background in emergency medicine has given her a strong foundation in acute care, critical thinking, and patient advocacy. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
