From an early age, Dr. Byrd wanted to be a doctor. She was inspired to enter the field of medicine by her father, who was a surgeon. Dr. Byrd and her husband enjoy living in the Winchester community where they have raised their children. Dr. Byrd has seen many changes in the last few decades and she hopes to give back to the community. Dr. Byrd enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dr. Byrd is extremely competent and so caring. She always gives me all the time I need and is concerned for my whole quality of care, not just single issues in isolation.

I love Dr. Byrd had her for years. I get very emotional around her because she knows what I went through and I hid from everyone for years. So I am embarrassed and emotionally around her.
