Chris Rucker serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Valley Health, where he plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and operational excellence. Chris is responsible for leading the development and execution of Valley Health’s strategy, operational planning, business development, marketing and communications, legal affairs, corporate compliance, risk management, information systems, and human resources.

His leadership ensures that Valley Health maintains a strong and cohesive presence in the healthcare community.

As President of Valley Regional Enterprises, a subsidiary of Valley Health, Chris focuses on enhancing the organization's retail and consumer-focused initiatives, ensuring ease of access to healthcare services. Chris also serves as Valley Health’s lead emissary to regions without a Valley Health hospital presence, extending the organization's reach and impact.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Health Administration, equipping him with the knowledge and expertise to drive Valley Health’s mission forward.
