N. Travis Clark
Vice President, Operations, Valley Health Southern Region; President, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Page Memorial Hospital

N. Travis ClarkN. Travis Clark is the vice president of operations for Valley Health Southern Region, and president of Page Memorial Hospital and Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

Clark began his career at Page Memorial Hospital in 1997 as the Director of Rural Health Clinics. In 2000 he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, a position he held for five years before his promotion in 2005 to President of Page Memorial Hospital. In 2016, Travis was promoted to vice president of operations for Valley Health Southern Region, and president of Page Memorial Hospital and Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

Clark has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. He is a member of the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association’s HosPAC Board of Directors and a board member of the Page County Broadband Authority.

A Page County native, Travis enjoys spending time with family and promoting conservation efforts on his family’s beef cattle farm.

Tammy Gasper
Vice President, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital; Southern Region Medical Staff Services & Clinical Program Development

Tammy GasperTammy L. Gasper is Vice President of Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, and Southern Region Medical Staff Services & Clinic Program Development. She has been with Valley Health for 22 years in various positions, including Corporate Director of Laboratory, Respiratory, Sleep Medicine and Imaging and, most recent, Vice President of Medical Staff Affairs and Clinical Program Development for Valley Health, Southern Region.

Gasper is responsible for providing administrative leadership, support and oversight for the medical staffs at Page Memorial Hospital, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Warren Memorial Hospital. She is also responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical services and programs in the southern region.

A native of Page County, Gasper holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Phillip Graybeal
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Valley Health Southern Region

Phillip GraybealPhillip Graybeal is the vice president and chief financial officer of Valley Health Southern Region, with responsibility for the overall financial operations.

Phillip has over 15 years of experience with the majority being healthcare related. Phillip was an Accounting Manager for Smith/Packett Med-Com of Roanoke VA. He also worked in public accounting for Goodman & Company in Roanoke, VA where he worked with several rural hospitals in Virginia and West Virginia. The scope of the services he provided included reimbursement consulting, auditing, tax, accounting and review services. He has a BBA from Radford University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Phillip is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration at Eastern Mennonite University.

Phillip is married with three boys and enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid sports fan who coaches little league baseball, midget football, and plays the occasional round of golf.

Floyd Heater
Vice President, Valley Health Southern Region; President, Warren Memorial Hospital

Floyd HeaterFloyd Heater is the vice president of Valley Health Southern Region, and president of Warren Memorial Hospital. He is responsible for the overall management of the Valley Health Southern Region's operations and achievement of its strategic initiatives.

Heater is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a member of the Medical Group Management Association and is currently a member of the HosPAC Board of Directors. He has served on the Boards of numerous civic organizations in the Shenandoah Valley.

Heater earned a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Degree in Hospital and Health Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Terri MayesTerri Mayes
Vice President, Warren Memorial Hospital

Terri Mayes is the vice president of Warren Memorial Hospital.

Terri is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Virginia Nurses Association and the Healthcare Roundtable for Patient Care Executives. She is also a member of the Premier CNO Network Executive Leadership Council.

Terri earned a Master of Business Administration from James Madison University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University. She is certified by the American Nurses Association as a Nurse Executive, Advanced – Board Certified (NEA-BC).

Robert Meltvedt, MD
Vice President, Medical Affairs, Warren Memorial Hospital

Robert MeltvedtRobert C. Meltvedt, Jr., MD is the vice president of Medical Affairs for Warren Memorial Hospital and is board certified in surgery.

Dr. Meltvedt has been with Warren Memorial Hospital for nearly 20 years, and prior to this position served at Grande Ronde Hospital in La Grande, Oregon.

He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Meltvedt received his medical degree from University of California San Diego. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the University of Washington, where he also served as chief resident.
