Personal: I took up medicine to learn how to heal people as a whole, and the comprehensive, dedicated care I saw given by rural clinicians aligned with that vision. Shenandoah Valley offers the rural training I need to become like my mentors while allowing me to be close to friends and family. I spend much of my free time trying to get healthier through regular exercise, meditation, eating whole foods, and trying to curb my fried chicken addiction. No relation to Connor Sheehan.
