About

Charisa Flaherty, Pharm.D., BCPPS is the Women and Children staff/clinical pharmacist and the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at Winchester Medical Center (WMC). She has been precepting residents for the WMC PGY1 program since 2013 and has been program director since 2017. She is board certified in pediatrics.

Charisa completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at Oregon State University College of Pharmacy in 2009. In 2010 she completed her PGY1 residency at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

After completing her residency, Charisa worked for Children's Hospital Central California. In 2012 she started working for Winchester Medical Center. Her primary service areas are the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the pediatric unit.
