"America's Greatest Workplaces for Mental Well-Being" and “America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care” recognizes top U.S. workplaces based on employee feedback and publicly accessible data. The evaluation included, interviews with HR professionals and confidential online surveys of employees from companies with over 1,000 employees. The study for both of these prestigious awards incorporated over 400,000 employee interviews and more than 4.9 million company reviews, making it one of America's largest independent employee studies.
