This class is designed for you and your labor partner to help prepare for a positive birth experience whether planning a natural delivery, or the use of epidural anesthesia.

The class dates listed on this page indicate the start of a four-week cycle.

Register for the first date in the 4-week series.

2023 class sessions are from 6:30 - 8:30 PM:

• May 11, 18, 25, June 1
• June 22, 29, July 6, 13
• August 3, 10, 17, 24
• September 14, 21, 28, Oct. 5
• October 26, Nov. 2, 9, 16

Class topics include:

• The process of labor and birth
• Comfort measures for labor
• Supportive coaching techniques
• Medical options
• Postpartum care and emotional needs
• The class fee covers both you and your partner.
