Infusion Therapy

Valley Health provides infusion care at nearly all our hospitals in Virginia and West Virginia. Our team works closely with your physician to deliver the treatment you need in a comfortable setting. Many patients receive care through a direct referral from their provider. After we receive your referral, our staff will contact you to review your treatment needs, your insurance coverage, and your preferred appointment time.

Our Infusion Services

Each Valley Health location can support a wide range of infusion treatments. Some chemotherapy-specific infusions require specialized care. For those treatments, please contact Shenandoah Oncology.

  • Our team will contact you within two weekdays after we receive your referral.
  • Extended hours, weekend appointments, and holiday appointments are available.
  • Private rooms with one recliner are available for each patient; one visitor is permitted.

When you arrive:

  • When you arrive, use our free valet service at the Heart & Vascular Center entrance or park in the Orange or Teal lot on the Winchester Medical Center campus.
  • Enter through the Heart & Vascular Center entrance.
  • Sign in at the main desk so staff can notify our infusion team of your arrival.

Shenandoah Memorial Hospital
