About

Care You Can Count On

For nearly 100 years, the residents of Page County and beyond have depended on their community hospital to provide expert healthcare services for the entire family. As a Critical Access Hospital, we provide a wide range of services that are vital to maintaining good health and inspiring overall wellness.

In 2014, the hospital moved into its new 67,700 square-foot replacement facility featuring private inpatient rooms, an expanded Emergency Department and greatly enhanced transitional care program for those patients who require additional nursing and rehabilitation care after being discharged from the hospital. Ever conscious of using our resources wisely, we transformed a portion of the former hospital into a state-of-the-art Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. The 7,000 square-foot facility, located on the hospital campus, brings all of our physical, occupational and speech therapy services together in one, convenient location that allows for better coordination of care while increasing patient safety and privacy and enhancing the overall patient experience.
