He listens to me, confirms back that he has understood my issues, is versed in my medical history, discusses my options as well as relays his recommendation. He is respectful, kind and makes me fell heard and confident that he has my best physical intrest as priority. He is efficient without making me feel rushed or unheard. Above all else he has my complete trust and confidence.
