About
Kaitlin Phillips, PA-C, joined Valley Health in 2020 after beginning her career in family medicine at a certified Rural Health Clinic in central Texas. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton and Georgetown College in Kentucky. Kaitlin practices full-spectrum primary care including preventive health and management of acute and chronic conditions. Her treatment approach is collaborative, personal, and aims to empower patients and their families with the best available evidence to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
Kaitlin also serves as a preceptor for clinical PA students and enjoys the opportunity to teach and mentor future healthcare providers, as she herself is a lifelong learner. A native of Cincinnati, OH, Kaitlin lives with her spouse in the northern Shenandoah Valley. They instantly appreciated the Valley region for its history and natural beauty, and are committed to serving their communities and seeing them thrive.
