Justin E. Owumi, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon and a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.
He completed his general surgery residency at Banner University Medical Center-University of Arizona College in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Owumi is part of the American College of Surgery and the Society of Black Academic Surgeons. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical care to Winchester and the surrounding communities.
