Dr. Warner completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University and MD degree at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He is a 2004 graduate of the Urology residency at George Washington University, and has been with the Urology Clinic of Winchester since completing residency.  He enjoys practicing general urology, and has served as Urology division Chairman at Winchester Medical Center.
