I will highly recommend Miss Pettit. She had discussed my case and concerns with Mr. Payne beforehand. She looked me in the eye and not the computer screen. She listened to my fears and concerns. I felt better after seeing her and didn't feel as scared and anxious. Valley Health is lucky to have her on staff.
