Dr. Kelliher completed her ophthalmology residency through the University of Pennsylvania Scheie Eye Institute and cornea fellowship through the University of Illinois Chicago. She completed a three-year cornea research fellowship through Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Kelliher takes time to educate her patients and enjoys including them in their care plan.
