Candace Wise, DO, was born and raised in West Virginia but fell in love with Virginia during residency. A few years after residency, she discovered her passion for teaching and was eager to get back into academic medicine. She particularly has an interest in osteopathic medicine and women’s health. Dr. Wise married her high school sweetheart and together they are raising three beautiful children. She enjoys being outdoors and being involved in her church community. Special interests include baking, playing the piano, decorating for Christmas and all things Disney.
