Dr. James grew up in Capon Bridge, West Virginia. She joined Valley Health in 2022 and is excited to return home with her husband, Alec and son, Oliver. It has been her dream to provide the full spectrum of medical care for the community she grew up in, from newborns to the elderly. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. James enjoys baking, reading, gardening, and being outdoors.

Dr. (Mrs.) James was willing to take over my post cancer surgery exams. I was so grateful she did, as she is the only doctor at this point, I would trust to do so.She has always been so competent In her medical expertise, yet so kind with her care. I always feel she listens to my every concern and addresses each one to me, with empathy and knowledge, uncommon In the majority of doctors nowadays.

These questions really reflect why I am pleased with Dr Audreanna James. She asks questions, responds to my concerns, allows me to make decisions on my treatment. I have recommended her multiple times. I have heard many times in the hospital waiting room others people who I did not know say how much they like her and I have finally convinced my sister to select Dr James for her care as well.
