Dr. James does a good job of listening, as well as not making me feel rushed.

I really enjoyed talking with Dr. Alec James. He answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me but treated me as an equal, intelligent person. It was refreshing to talk with him.

Dr. James is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time and listens to all concerns and addresses them appropriately. He shows compassion and eagerness to help. We never felt rushed or unheard. 10/10 doctor!

Dr. Alec James had a hard task ahead of him. I have M.S. & I was seeing him re: an issue that I had assumed was MS-related, but only after 4-5 years of limitation/difficulty did it become apparent that it was a Musculoskeletal problem (rather than a Neurological one). After some discussion + Q&A Dr. James narrowed down the Rhomboid region & after my 1st PT appt they confirmed his suspicion & my pain reduced by 1/2 after that 1st 60min! *celebratory trumpets!*

I've been through doctors. Always having a health problem and treated like a stereotype with all my other doctors and never really getting help. Dr. James is the first doctor I've ever had listen to me and make me feel like a person rather than just a statistic. He is getting me the help I have dreamed about for years. He listens to every word you say and makes you feel seen. I would recommend him to everyone and I actually have, my sister is now his patient also. Dr. James is literally #1.
