Really listen to the way I felt

The doctor was very informative, matter of fact. He was not there to push any procedure, but was clear that The decision was mine. But did support what I chose to do. I was very impressed that he could immediately turn to his laptop and schedule the case. this made for more efficient time spent in the office.

I don't know if the emergency surgery totally messed up Dr. English's schedule but that was certainly not evident in the way he examined me, went over various options, and then performed an in-office excision. I never felt rushed.
