Virtual visits are a convenient way to see a provider from home when you have minor symptoms or illness. Virtual visits are a self-pay service, which means insurance is not accepted. All visits are a flat fee of $59. Virtual Visits are for patients aged 5 and up.

How it works:

  1. Click the button above to begin registering. You’ll be prompted to enter your demographic and contact information and then you’ll be able to select a day and time to see a provider. After you select an appointment time, you will receive a text message and email with your appointment link.
  2. Ten minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a reminder to check-in using a link custom to you to begin your visit. This is where you will be prompted to enter your payment information.
  3. A Valley Health Urgent Care provider will then begin your visit and discuss your symptoms and any other pertinent health information to assess, diagnose and treat minor symptoms and illnesses.

During your virtual visit with one of our providers, you may be directed to one of our Valley Health Urgent Care locations if you need additional evaluation, testing or treatment. All of the notes from your virtual visit will appear in your MyChart account after your visit. Visit valleyhealth.com/mychart to sign-in or start a MyChart account.

Yes, your provider will evaluate, diagnose and treat your symptoms during your virtual visit and the provider will send any prescribed medications to your pharmacy of choice.

Why am I being asked to fill out health information during the check-out process?

Valley Health providers need to have basic information about your health in order to provide you with the highest quality care possible.

Will notes from my virtual visit appear in MyChart?

Yes, your notes and visit summary will appear in your Valley Health MyChart account.
