Dr. Skiles stays totally focused on my health, my concerns, my future, but most of all how I feel my health care plan is working for me. He specifically asked if I were content with how my heart issue is being handled or if I thought any changes needed to be made. He gave me the opportunity to state any misgivings I may have had (I had none because he's the best cardiologist there is) and being a nurse, making me feel as though I had a voice was important to me. He is the best and his staff is wonderful.
