On June 1, 2024, Valley Health will begin using paperless billing for all patients that have a Valley Health MyChart account. We will also begin sending billing notifications and account balances to patients via text message for those who have opted-in to text messaging within their MyChart account. Valley Health began using a new billing system as of November 4, 2023.
PLEASE NOTE: This system is based on your date of service, NOT statement date.
Service dates that occurred on or before November 3, 2023, will be billed separately from any service dates of November 4, 2023, and beyond.
