For the Best Estimate of Your Out of Pocket Expenses

The amount each patient pays personally out of pocket (OOP) is determined by their health insurance plan’s benefit option selected at the time of enrollment as well as any previously paid services that may impact the currently outstanding deductible or other OOP limitations.

To learn more about requesting an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses for future services, please visit this page. For the most accurate estimate, we recommend logging in to your MyChart account when you begin the estimate request process.

This is the Valley Health recommended tool to get the most accurate and up-to-date estimate. In preparing your estimate, we will verify your benefit level and current deductible/OOP limitations status with your insurance to provide an up to date estimate of your anticipated payment after insurance, as well assist you in determining that you are receiving an estimate for the correct service, as requested by your doctor. Because this is a customized estimate prepared for you by a Valley Health Estimates Coordinator, please allow one to two business to complete the request. Again, please click HERE to access our Patient Estimates form.
