Integrity and Ethics Hotline

Our Commitment

Valley Health wants to ensure responsibility and accountability. We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We encourage employees, patients and others to speak up if something isn’t right, if they need guidance, or if they want to report a concern about possible inappropriate or illegal behavior.

Valley Health maintains an Integrity & Ethics Hotline for reporting of concerns, such as:

  • Regulatory violations
  • Patient privacy and security
  • Billing fraud
  • Ethical concerns

The Hotline is available to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling 844-601-1872. All calls are confidential and the caller may remain anonymous. To report concerns online, click here.

Valley Health policies prohibit any retaliation or retribution against anyone who makes a report in good faith. You have our commitment that your concerns will be heard.

The Integrity & Ethics Hotline is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use this phone number to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. If you require emergency assistance, please contact 911.
