Get Help Paying for Care

If you need help paying your medical bill, Valley Health offers financial assistance for emergency and medically necessary services.  This web page contains helpful links and information about qualifying for financial assistance and submitting an application.

Our Financial Counselors are here to guide you. They can:

• Answer questions about your bill or coverage
• Help you apply for financial assistance
• Refer you to government programs or insurance options
• Set up payment plans if you don’t qualify for assistance

It is best to ask for help early, especially before a scheduled service. This may increase the support available to you.

Ways to Apply for Financial Aid

Please note: Paper copies of the Financial Assistance Application be obtained without charge at the Valley Health registration desks at each Valley Health hospital and Emergency Departments.

Apply In Person

In person Financial Counseling assistance, including help with applications and billing questions, is available in our Customer Service Center located in Suite 100 of the Valley Health System Support Building (SSB) directly off of the main lobby:
