We are deeply grateful—and incredibly proud—of the difference our caregivers make every day.

Valley Health has been named one of the nation’s 15 Top Health Systems by Modern Healthcare and Premier, Inc., recognizing the extraordinary work of caregivers, clinicians, support staff and leaders across the organization.

The honor recognizes health systems that deliver exceptional clinical quality, operational performance, patient experience, and do so below the costs of similarly sized health systems.

The designation is based on independent analysis of publicly available data and is not something organizations are able to apply for.

“This recognition is a reflection of our caregivers and teams across Valley Health who show up every day with skill, compassion and a deep commitment to the people we serve,” said Mark Nantz, President and CEO of Valley Health. “We are proud to be recognized among the nation’s top health systems, but what means the most is that this honor speaks to the teamwork, dedication and heart our caregivers bring to every patient, every family and every community we serve.”

“Achieving Premier’s 15 Top Health Systems® designation reflects a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care,” said David Zito, President of Performance Services at Premier. “This recognition highlights Valley Health focus on improving outcomes, strengthening operations and advancing the overall patient experience.”

The recognition reflects the daily work of Valley Health teams across the system who come together to provide safe, high-quality care for patients and families throughout the region.

“Premier’s recognition reflects Valley Health’s strong, balanced performance across quality, operations, cost discipline, and patient experience. The honor underscores the compassionate care, collaboration and consistency our caregivers and support teams bring to patients every day,” said Julia Connell, Chairperson, Valley Health Board of Trustees.
