Thomas Nelson, DO, is a primary care physician board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Nelson completed medical school at Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. He completed his residency through the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency Program in Front Royal, VA.
