About
Rick is a Nurse Practitioner with the Valley Health Metabolic & Bariatric Program. He completed the Nurse Practitioner program at Shenandoah University in 2002 and has been in practice for over 20 years. Rick joined the Metabolic & Bariatric Program in 2009. He is passionate about helping clients meet their weight loss goals through both surgical and non-surgical weight loss options. Rick is a Certified Bariatric Nurse through the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. He is also a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Rick also serves as an adjunct instructor at Shenandoah University’s School of Nursing.
