Mr. Payne showed concern and spent some time looking at my hand injury and then made some recommendations on how he wanted to proceed. I didn't feel like I was just a number coming into the office, he was thorough and advised me to follow-up if the antibiotics didn't work. We chatted about playing the guitar and a few other "non-visit" topics and he was very personable and friendly.

I have a very complicated medical situation and the office is always very responsive to take care of any specific issues.

I see dr Payne whenever I get infections and he is always so nice and incredibly thorough. He explains things so I can understand what he is saying.
