Christopher Tanner Bazemore, MD, is a board-certified primary care physician specializing in family medicine. Dr. Bazemore completed medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM Virginia). He completed his family medicine residency at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine.
Dr. Bazemore believes in a collaborative, patient-centered approach to healthcare, partnering with patients to promote healthy lifestyles and effectively manage chronic conditions. He has cared for patients from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve their health goals. He is particularly passionate about preventive care and empowering patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve longevity and overall quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Bazemore enjoys staying active through fitness and outdoor activities like snowboarding, and white-water rafting. He also enjoys spending time relaxing on the water and live music.
