Steven Khalil, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in trauma surgery. Dr. Khalil completed fellowship training in trauma and critical care at Stony Brook University following a general surgery residency at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Khalil attended medical school at the Northeast Ohio Medical University after completing undergraduate studies at Montclair State University.
A veteran of deployments to Afghanistan and Syria and a current Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, Dr. Khalil brings a unique perspective shaped by military service, leadership, and dedication to service.
