Residency Director

Lori R. DeHaven, Pharm.D. is the Director of Valley Pharmacy and Residency Program Director.

She has been precepting APPE and IPPE students from Shenandoah University Bernard J. Photo of Lori DehavenDunn School of Pharmacy since 2008. Dr. DeHaven has been a Pharmacist at Valley Pharmacy since 2004, Director of the pharmacy and started the Community Pharmacy Residency in 2015. Her practice interests are medication therapy management, transitions of care, immunizations, and population health.

Dr. DeHaven completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University School of Pharmacy in 2002. In 2014, she completed her Pharmacy Residency Teaching Certificate from Shenandoah University.

She has strived for innovative community pharmacy practice and has provided such services as immunization clinics, community medication reviews, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease education and medication management.
