Julie is a Behavioral Intake Specialist with Valley Health Outpatient Behavioral Health | Winchester. She is originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland and earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Salisbury University.

Julie spent 15+ years in the social work field in different facets such as victim advocacy, case management, long-term care and military family support. Julie joined the Valley Health Outpatient Behavioral Health team in October of 2025.
