Cancer Experience Registry
What Is The Study About?
You are being asked to participate in a research study to identify and
advance the understanding of the emotional and social needs of people
who have been diagnosed with cancer or people who have provided care to
someone with cancer (i.e., informal or family caregiver). The information
from the study will be used to support greater understanding of the needs
of cancer survivors and those living with the diagnosis, raise awareness
of the challenges of people affected by cancer, and develop programs and
services that will address the needs and ultimately improve the long term
quality of life of people impacted by cancer
How Will You Be Helping?
By joining the Cancer Experience Registrym a program of the Cancer Support
Community, and sharing your unique experience with cancer, you can help
to improve the quality of life for you and those you care for.
When you - and thousands of others like you - share your personal information
and insights, we can see patterns and gain insights that allow us to provide
more tailored resources and tools to address the social, emotional and
financial challenges of a cancer diagnosis.
