I've spent a lot of time in hospitals and doctor's offices for the past decade and the doctors, nurses and staff in Shenandoah are hands down the best - particularly Jill, Dr. Timmons and Shannon, who I encounter the most frequently. They are always pleasant, courteous and friendly, and make coming in for appointments something I never dread, and in fact look forward to.
Yes, Dr. Timmons is one of the best medical doctors that I find it very caring very appreciative. He's got a good sense of humor, and he does his job very well and also his staff and secretary are some my best friends that I found that when I started going in there, they were very nice and now. we have a close relationship. And so thank you very much for my feedback and I hope it helps your survey very well. Thank you very much.
The doctor provided more than adequate assurance that things, question that I asked he confirmed and I would go again to see this provider.
When you are at the office everything goes well but if you call in for any reason the only option is to leave a message. It is impossible to get someone to talk with which a problem at time! If I have a problem to call the emergency room. Then you go to an ER and set for hours on end to help take care of the problem. I guess this is meant to make you think if it is a emergency or not! Make me wonder at times why I have a doctor!
There's too much time spent on the computer not enough time listening to the patients. I like the doctor as a person I think he's kind and he's gentle and he's caring but he doesn't listen well because he's too much into the computer. He's recording things into the computer while you are there and he's not listening and we think I asked to be checked and he told me to tell another doctor that I was seeing
