Yes, I was supposed to have some some prescriptions called in and 2 days later I went to get the prescriptions and they didn't have any records of any having been called in. I think that's a problem. Thank you.
It was a very good first experience at the office. Everyone was professional and friendly.
    Very nice and professional staff.
Dr. Ticknor is fantastic. The front desk staff, since the beginning over a year ago when I first started going, is pretty un-knowledgeable, doesn't know much about what's going on. Definitely not HIPAA-compliant. I personally had the HIPAA violation and I brought it to attentions and not much was done about it, other than the girl that did it got red in the face and started leaning down low in her computer talking to the girl next to her about me. So I do know the OSHAA and complaint laws and procedures. So
Dr. Ticknor is very understanding, he listens to me and then he gives me his expert advice. I really appreciate his care. Thank you.
Hi. Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Ticknor is the best doctor around. I really like to go to his office, and I would recommend him to anybody at all. I just think he's the best. Thanks. Have a great day. Bye. Bye.
Awesome experience, doctor listened very closely, spent a lot of time with me, should have rated him a 10. I thought I was reviewing the emergency room. So they did a great job. I look forward to seeing them again.
Absolutely no complaints about provider or this office.
Dr Ticknor is a kind and gentle man who listens intently and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and was given all the time I needed.
Yes, I just like to say Dr. Ticknor and his staff are outstanding. I really I've been go to Dr. Ticknor for just over a year now, and I really appreciate his professionalism and his ability to listen to what I'm saying. That's the most important thing in the world to me. So 12 stars, and he did a great job. Thank you.
Dr. Arthur Ticknor was so disrespectful and rude and I will never step foot in that office again. He should be reported to the medical board and be required to attend patient care training. If you would like further clarification and details about his behavior, I will be happy to discuss it with someone who has the authority to do something about it.
    A very pleasant experience.
Yeah, It was okay. It was it was alright. Thank you. Have a nice day. Goodbye.
Felt very at ease with Dr Ticknor. Have anxiety going to the Dr., Dr Ticknor was great and I was at ease.
I am a new patient to this practice as I have recently moved to the area. I went into the office as a stranger and was made to feel very welcome. I like Dr.Ticknor a lot and the nurses and staff are very nice. It was a very good experience.
I established primary care with Dr. Ticknor during my visit and he was fantastic. He helped me talk through some issues, gave me good advice, and genuinely seemed to care even though it was my first visit with him. I am very satisfied with my first visit to the facility.
I understand antibiotics have been overly prescribed over the years causing issue with effectiveness however just like the pain medication issue now those who are in need suffer. Which in return as pt you feel like "seeker" as you have to Dr shop for physician who will prescribed preventive medication when needed. We should not have to wait till worse case scenario happens to be treated for it. I'm one little voice but going from one spectrum to the complete opposite is not a fix, it causes other
    Overall good 1st experience.
Very clean Hospital very helpful staff. My only concern is that they get too big and they lose that.
In the last two years since we moved here, we have tried three PCPs. I am thrilled that our friend Dr. Shayama Rosenfeld told us about Dr. Ticknor. We have finally found the pot of gold. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk to. I'm glad the two of us have finally found a permanent primary care physician.
