Everyone was very nice. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor. It was a very pleasant visit. I was in and out fast. So that made it nicer I really liked that because I got to call in and reserve a spot online. Thank you.
Matt Payne is one of the sweetest and kindest that Valley Health has...I am so glad he is my medical provider!
Just a minor visit but the staff was extremely helpful out front and the staff in the back was great!!
I saw Dr. Payne at the clinic when I was down there and I really like him. He's really really a good doctor. I would recommend him to anybody. I really like him.
It was my first time there but every thing was fine
    Visit was pleasant and fruitful.
I was able to get in quickly. I only sat in waiting room and exam room for less than 5 minutes. The Dr. was very efficient and was aware of meds I was allergic to and what I had been given before by my family Dr. Wonderful experience.
Matthew Payne was very knowledgeable, nice and thoughtful. He did a great job, and was attentive to all my questions or concerns.
the staff and the NP were superb, the NP was very thorough and really seemed to want to know what the root of the problem was, meant a lot to me
Every thang was as I expected. Everyone was very profeconial.
I was so happy to have the provider call me with my test results and ask me how I was feeling. I have never had this kind of service ever. Thank you.
Even though there was an issue with my insurance it was easily and explained what the problem might be when I contacted my insurance.
It was really a great convenience to come to the doctor's office after hours. The doctor and nurse were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The representative registering me at front desk was so very nice and friendly!
my visit was fine I was very upset because I called the day before knowing I had a sinus infection (as I have had this problem for approx. 25 yrs) and asked if they could call a prescription in for me the person who answered phone was very sharp and said she didn't know if they would call one in without seeing me never asked if I wanted to make appointment I asked her if they would call me and let me know she said I will ask them after I hung up and was thinking about the call I realized she didn't even ask
Matt Payne was just fine and really good. He was nice and I like him very much.
NP Payne was kind, professional and efficient.
I had a very good experience everyone was very professional
Dr Payne was excellent and so was the staff he had his staff call and check the next day to see how I was feeling
I didn't like having to register on line before going just to get in. I had a hard time getting to the right site .
I showed up T 6:40 pm an was told the slots were all take for the facility that closed at 8:00. Fortunately they did see me. I feel this should stay open until 10:00 to see more people so that they wouldn't have to choose fro no care or an emergency room visit. Again they did fit me in for which I was very grateful.
