Please make sure that the receptionist listens to what your calling about and let the nurse know or do documentation on why the patient is calling. I mainly called because i had a pain in my right side and i told them that and i also said i had a cough and the nurse was asking me about my cough and didn't say anything about my side until i said i am here because i have pain in my ribs.
    great employee
I went in without an appointment and they're not supposed to take walk ins. However, they schedule me an appointment while I was there. Very courteous, very caring and very helpful. I couldn't have been treated better. Thank you.
I was pleasantly surprised. Woke up with a sinus infection. I have no doctor cuz I rarely get sick. This place is open the earliest at 7 a.m. and I was actually in at 6:50 a.m. I was immediately helped and quickly seen by a PA. Quick diagnosis and off I went. They even called in my prescription. Everybody was very fast and friendly and as a government employee who had to get to work during the shutdown all this was very much appreciated. I've already recommended this place to others.
Yes, I have always gotten very good care at this facility, and I'm very happy with the nurse practitioner that took care of me, and all the people in the office and all, and I thank them very much for helping me. Thank you. Bye. Bye.
The only thing I would like to say is after I left the office, after I was examined, I was in quite a bit of pain and he did not prescribe any pain pills or muscle relaxer pills or anything. He did tell me if I have if I got in worse pain, to call back, which I didn't do, but I am still in somewhat pain and I'm using heat and ice cold packs on the area that's in..... that's involved. But. I think he should have at least gave me some type of pain pills for the pain. That's only thing I have to say. Thank you
Very professional and was able to assist in getting to the bottom of the issue.
I really enjoy going to Berkeley Family Medicine, even with the transition over to Valley Health. They've been just absolutely wonderful. Their providers, every single provider that I see even in the Urgent Care, they take their time, they listen, they're very compassionate. All their staff members are just wonderful, from nursing, to the ladies who are at the front desk, very, very helpful. They explain things very thoroughly and they definitely make you feel like you're being well taken care of. I keep tr
Five days on, still awaiting an urgent referral to a cardiologist, have had difficulty with getting responses with this provider in the past, responding to electronic requests, voicemails and phone calls over some quite serious matters.
Thank you for being here to see me at so short notice and on a Saturday morning.
Yes. I find the ... Overall, it's a good serv ... medical facility, but anytime you see a PA, they really don't know what the heck they're talking about. So, it's a, pretty much, a worthless endeavor to go see the doctor when you see the PA who doesn't know what the hell they're doing. So, that's pretty much my comment.
I appreciated the ability to be seen within a short time.
The entire visit was very satisfactory - especially the care and explanation provided by James Payne.
I went to the doctor on Tuesday and they took a urine sample, and it was supposed to come back within 24 to 48 hours. I went Wednesday, and it hadn't come back yet on Thursday. I went in and had blood work, and another urine sample, and was hoping to get my results, and the doctor was off on Friday and didn't approve the results. So it's still Sunday and I don't even know what the results from the test on Tuesday were, and I won't know until Monday until I get to North Carolina when I won't even be here. So
Okay, we were extremely impressed with Berkeley Family Medicine and what really stood out was their follow up, their communication, and the promptness in response in to arranging further testing. We really felt it was really caring, they were right on top of it all and we recommend it to anyone, really great really great. Thank you. Bye. Bye.
I was treated with the utmost care and respect. At no time did I feel as if I were just another patient with another problem.
Yes, during my visit I was treated and given a Z-Pak for upper respiratory infection, ended up having to go to the VA the following day and ended up finding out I have bronchitis, so they end up giving me stronger medicine. So no lab work r nothing was done, no x-rays. Other than that, everything else is done professionally. Just don't think enough was done to adequately diagnose what I had originally. Take care. God bless.
I was doing a follow-up from a fall. I had seen City Hospital when they had x-rayed me and they sent me to my own doctor which, when my doctor questioned me about my fall in my foot, he went and got records that shows that City Hospital did not tell me that I had a broken bone in my foot where the doctor Jimmy Payne did show me where I had this, and I am on my way to see an ortho surgeon when - as soon as I can get into one. Thank you.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Morris to anybody in his staff Dr. James Payne everybody there they're awesome and they're the best doctors at Berkeley Family Medicine. They are rated number one. I give I would give them to anybody that I know I will refer them to Berkeley Family Medicine and Valley Health Valley Urgent Care the best the most greatest place you can go to be treated. They're wonderful.
I was very pleased with the care and the talk that he gave me. I'm having trouble getting an appointment with him. Arthritis person in Winchester they can't give me an appointment until March. I have some hand problems and they try to check and see if they can get me something sooner. They were very courteous, very well explained it to me. Everything went well and I do appreciate them.
