First time I've seen Denise [my PCP was out w/flu] - she was terrific and was thorough with her exam, explanation and so on. Very pleased.

Berkeley Family Medicine has always been excellent care for me. I normally see Denise Pettit, I think she does an excellent job. However, I work for the state, I have PIA and Valley Health is out of network. So I'm concerned as to whether or not I'm going to even be able to keep Berkeley family as my primary care provider because Valley Health is out of network. So I'm just worried you might lose some customer there.

It was just my annual insurance physical. BP- 106/72! Didn't need to ask questions. Didn't want to answer any. In and out and off to work??. However, today I called to get my results and couldn't get thru, so I left a message. No return call. Finally complained to receptionist. She put me thru. The guy put me on hold. Every 2 minutes he would pick up without talking to see if I was still there; then put me back on hold. This went on for 20 minutes until 6pm when he hung up and left for the day VERY UNPROFES

Denise (the physician) went above and beyond in so many ways! I left feeling confident that my situation was under control, and that I had the support that I needed. Couldn't be happier!

We've had problems with referrals to specialists and testing. Referrals tend to take much longer than necessary. Referral faxes are sent and not followed up.

It was very hectic when I arrived...many folks waiting to be assisted due to a few having difficulties registering...it wasn't the office folks fault...change of system did create a back log! The gal assisting me was great! However, if the intake system was easier...not needing 2 screens to complete info and if info transferred, then it would be faster. One concern...the information on my papers given when leaving stated I was 5'2" I'm really 5'4" so I don't know why that was incorrect and my curr
