I just want to let it be known that I'm going to sincerely miss Dr. Osman. She has been my doctor since day 1 of her coming there, and she has certainly provided me the best of care and I'm very sad that she's leaving. I mean, I fully comprehend that she needs to go back to be with her family and her native land, and I comprehend that. I just, I want it to be known what a wonderful doctor she has been to me. So, thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr. Osman is an excellent MD and always explains to me very clearly any health concerns I might ask her. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent I would most defiantly give Dr. Osman a 10.

I have been a patient of this provider for about 5 years. I would not change providers unless I had do beyond my control.

I find the waiting room awkward and small. I'm in a wheelchair and I have trouble navigating. I can't even get into the lab. They have to do my blood work in the hallway. The exam rooms are too small for my wheelchair. I have to fold it up or leave it out in the hallway, which there isn't enough room to get by if anybody need to. I guess that's my main point is the waiting room and the exam rooms or labs are too small. Thank you.
